Women's Club

 Last Update: 1/25/20

It was great to see such a large attendance at the January meeting! Welcome back everyone!

The purpose of the Edgewater Landing Women’s Club is both social and humanitarian. The club engages in fundraising activities with the primary goal of being self-sustaining.

This past year we were able to give charitable donations to the local Gifts of Love, Indian River Elementary School, Edgewater Food Pantry, St. Vincent DePaul Society, Edgewater Public Elementary School, and Cudas Unhooked.

Our business meetings are the first Thursday of each month (with the exception of June, July, and August) at 1 o’clock in the main room of the clubhouse. All residents and seasonal residents of Edgewater Landing are eligible to join the ELWC. Membership dues are $5.00 per year.

The third Thursday of each month there is a luncheon at various restaurants for those members who wish to participate. The sign-up sheet is near the library on the WC’s bulletin board.

At the January meeting, each table chose a theme for the baskets to be raffled off in March. It will be a Chinese  auction and they are sure to be spectacular!
