Website News for Non-Residents

The Edgewater Landing website was developed to introduce our community to anyone considering relocating to the area.  The “About Us” and “Activities” menus will give you a brief introduction to Edgewater Landing.   For a better feel for Edgewater Landing,  select the “Pelican Pouch” menu which appears under the Activities button. This will allow you to read the Edgewater Landing monthly newsletters that report on recent happenings in the “Landing”.

The “Contact Us” menu has two sub-menus. “Ambassadors” are volunteers who are available to show you around the Edgewater Landing common areas (pool, tennis court, club house…)   If by now you are ready to buy a home in Edgewater Landing, use the “Homes For Sale” menu to find current listings of homes.  When you meet with one of our Ambassadors they may have additional listings. After your Ambassador tour be sure to take a leisurely drive along all the Edgewater Landing streets.  You may find a few more homes for sale.

We look forward to seeing you “in the Landing”.
